Our Team:

Marcin Chumiecki

Marcin is a professional photographer, entrepreneur, and founder of Element, Inc. He was born and raised in Europe. Marcin started his professional career in Poland where he worked with several international clients, such as Phillip Morris, Leo Burnett, Eduscho, Master Food, and Big Star. In 2005, Marcin became an official and exclusive photographer for the Bayview Mackinac Race, one of the largest fresh-water boat regattas in the world. Marcin’s unique people skills, work ethic, and professionalism combined with passion for art creates a very successful business relationship with his clients.  Through his American career, he has worked with individuals like George W. Bush, Ferrari North America, and Senator John McCain, and former President of Poland Lech Walesa.

Lukasz Dolhan

Like Marcin, Lukasz was born and raised in Europe, and aside from being one of Poland’s pre-eminent art and industrial photographers, can make vegetarian cooking appetizing to even the most austere critics.  Luka comes from long line of artists–his father was not only the creator of the fist music video produced in Poland for MTV way back in 1984, but he also created the most well-known cartoon series in Poland, Bolek i Lolek and Reksio.

Bozena “Bo” Chumiecki

Bo is our business manager. Before joining Element Inc., she managed International clients for WWS in the United States and Europe. She holds a Masters degree from Wayne State University.  Bo handles the company’s client relations and coordinates business operations.

JJ Przewozniak

JJ is one of few members of the Element team that was born in the US.  As a self-described adventurer, JJ’s travels have led him to cooperate with cultural institutions like The Henry Ford, Mackinac State Historic Parks, and the Polish Mission of Orchard Lake.  He’s a graduate of Oakland University, and all that time spent learning about humanity has made JJ quite adept in front of a keyboard–He’s our creative writer, and graphic designer.

Sebastian Tkaczyk

Sebastian was also born and raised in Europe. He came to United States at age of 20 and finished his Masters degree in computer science at Eastern Michigan University. He is a professional web designer and photographer. With broad experience in web and graphic design, and having worked since 1999 on different web projects, he understands the processes and challenges in producing the best possible results.
